Personalized Courage Coaching
What do I mean by Courage “Coaching”? Coaching is offered in support of helping you focus attention on the space between the outer pressures and realities of leadership and your inner concerns, frustrations, and intuitive knowing. As a long time Facilitator for the Center for Courage and Renewal, Rona utilizes the principles and practices of Circle of Trust in a personalized clearness committee. The goal of a coaching session is to provide time and space for clarity to emerge with a strong foundation of empowered leadership that will help teams lead together. This paradigm of coaching is rooted in the belief that the coaching client has the wisdom and ability to find the solution to their own problem. The role of the coach is to create a safe, courageous, reflective space facilitating the client in becoming more aware of their own thoughts and feelings on a topic through deep listening, honest, open questions, and reflecting back through articulating and clarifying patterns and connections.

Courage to Teach Retreats for Educators
The Courage to Teach® Approach is an opportunity to explore your own sense of identity, purpose, and calling in the teaching life; to reweave the deep connection between what you do and who you are, and to renew your capacity to live and work from a place of wholeness and authenticity. Courage to Teach retreats center on personal exploration of the inner teacher: The Heart Of A Teacher Identity and Integrity in Teaching by Parker Palmer. Courage to Teach programs focus on developing a Circle of Trust and adult relational trust in learning communities. To learn more about how schools with high levels of adult relational trust are far more likely to help students raise achievement read about Anthony S.
